The latest hot rolled structural steel shapes and properties are available for customers with valid subscription via Autodesk Account.
This extends the previous content offering, helping to reduce the need for users to seek alternative sources of content.
Now you can assign additional parameters representing expected characteristics to structural framing and structural column families. This can present more reliable information to external analysis code checking and detailing applications.
By applying a section shape category to structural framing families, you can improve data integrity within BIM workflows and provide more consistent parameters.
This new functionality improves integration between Revit and analysis and detailing software.
